What Does this semen Test Result Mean?

Dear Sir,

I have got tested my Semen and found my count nil.

The question is 1.Whether i have to get it tested again.

2.Whether the nil sperm count is due to obstruction or blockage in my urethera

can u suggest me the name of doctor where i can have my checking of my penis done in noida or delhi.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your have nil sperm count. So you are suffering from azoospermia. No need to repeat it. It may be obstructive or may be non obstructive. For confirmation you should go for semen fructose test. It will give you idea. If fructose is absent then it suggest obstructive. You can consult infertility specialist in AIIMS Delhi to solve your problem.
